RADON TESTING
Our Radon tests are regulated by NJ Department of Environmental Protection. Samples are analyzed by RA Data Laboratories.
SEWER SCOPE
A non-invasive fiber optic camera inspection of the property’s underground pipe that carries wastewater from the home to the sewer main. The camera is pushed through the length of the pipe while transmitting a live video feed to a monitor.
WOOD DESTROYING ORGANISMS
(WDO)
A WDO (Wood-Destroying Organism) inspection, often called a termite inspection, is performed to further investigate current or prior infestation noted during your home inspection.
TANK SWEEP
Many homes have made the switch from oil heat to more energy-efficient systems, often leaving abandoned oil tanks underground. Over time these tanks can develop leaks. Using a CMT202 metal detector, we can detect tanks buried up to 8 feet deep.

Mold like substance in the home can be further inspected and analyzed by collecting a surface sample to verify the presence of mold.
